Education Requirement:
- MBA/MBM/Masters with 4 years Honors/Graduation in any discipline from a recognized Public/Private University of Bangladesh approved by UGC.
- The candidate must have 1st Class/ 1st Division in al academic career
- GPA at least 4.00/5.00 both in SSC or HSC.
- CGPA 3.00/4.00 or 3.75/5.00 in Honors/Masters examination.
- Good familiarity in Windows & MS Office applications.
Age Range:
- Maximum 30 years as on March 25, 2020.
Salary & Other Benefits:
- During the Probationary Officer period, he’ll get Tk. 48,000 per month.
- Probationary Period: 1 (one) year.
- On successful completion of the probationary period, the probationary officer will be promoted as ‘Officer’ & enjoy all banking benefits under regular pay scale.
- The candidates must sign an Employment surety Bond cum service agreement for 5 (five) years from the date of joining.
