Bangladesh Banned From DV Lottery 2013

The people of Bangladesh will not participate the latest DV-2013 Lottery program. On 22nd September, 2011 U.S.  government announced Bangladesh and 18 other countries will not participate in DV program.

The main reason said by the authority last 5 years almost 50,000 immigrants entered in USA from these 19 countries.

The U.S. State Department said: “The visa is granted to citizens of countries with traditionally lower immigration in the United States, countries that have sent more than 50,000 immigrants in the United States over the past five years you can not apply for the Diversity Visa Program ..

The 19 countries are Brazil, Canada, China (mainland-born), Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, South Korea, United Kingdom (except Ireland North)  and Vietnam. The Indians of southern Sudan and Poland have been declared eligible for DV-2013.

From 2005 DV Lottery is processed through electronic storage system. 50,000 people from all over the world will be awarded as a USA immigrant this year.
