Social network users are increasing day by day. Top social networks are Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus etc. Google Plus has 25 million active users. On the other hand, Facebook has more than 750 million users and Twitter has more than 175 million. Social network helps to connect with other worldwide people very easily. But it affects terribly human body as well as mind.

Social network connects not only your friends but also new friends. So it is a mixture of good & bad connection. This new connection sometimes converts to love affair. But if this love affair breaks human mind & body can’t tolerate it immediately. So it affects human mind & body. A well person needs to be cheerful & free mind.
Blood Flow Decrease:
Blood is the power of heart. Blood flow makes us live. But if you are addicted in Social network, you are passing lots of time. It means you are in sitting position or sleeping position. So blood doesn’t flow at a regular pace. It causes disease like blood pressure.
Teen age & old man pass lots of time in social network. They pass most of their time at night. They think at night everything is quiet & sound. But it is so harmful for sleeping. It destroys sleeping time. Migraine can attack those person. So in the morning they can’t concentrate to their work & study.
Growing as fat person:
No one loves a fat man. But this research says social network converts a well shaped person to a unbalanced fat person. Because when you are browsing your body are not moving. Only your fingers are moving. This makes your body slow & idle. It increases your weight rapidly & by the end you’ll be regarded as fat person.
